Exhibitor parking update | South Effingham Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors!

South Effingham High School is looking forward to your attendance at the Probe Fair on Wednesday, November 9th.

The fair will take place in our Main Gym. Please see attached for a map indicating where you can park on the day of the event. We have highlighted the designated parking spots in our student lot that will be available.

You will enter through the main entrance and turn left at the circle. There will be parking and event signs to help guide you.  

Students will attend the fair in two different batches. Seniors will attend the fair from 9:00-9:40 am and Juniors will attend the fair from 9:45-10:30 am.

Info | Greene County Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors

If you are scheduled to exhibit at the upcoming Greene County Probe Fair, November 1, 2022, take note of the following information from the fair host:

Please follow the blue path on the map.

The fair will be in the building circled with the blue marker. The red areas are the areas you may park.

Feel free to unload and then park if you would like. You may begin setting up at 12:30. Dismissal for our school is at 2:30pm, the same time the fair ends.

If you would like to have easier access to leave, park in the circled red lot. Water and light refreshments will be provided.

Info | LaGrange Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors

If you are scheduled to exhibit at the LaGrange Probe Fair, Friday, October 28, 2022, please take note of the following campus location change.

The fair will now be held in the Recital Hall in the West Side building (#27 on the campus map). College representatives should park directly behind West Side.

The local host will have signs and students to direct representatives to open parking. If needed, overflow parking will be across the street at the softball field.

Info | White County Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors: If you are scheduled to attend the White County Fair this week, please take note of the following:

Time:  9:45 am to 11:15 am. Seniors will come down at the beginning and the juniors come for the second half.

Parking:  College reps will be able to park right in front of the Annex Gym (this is located on the right side of the high school) so it’ll be easier to manage their stuff.  We’ll have a sign set out for PROBE Fair parking for those new to us.

Setup:  We will have tables with table cards already set for the colleges, they will be in Alpha order.  

Breakfast:  We are planning on having breakfast so college reps are encouraged to arrive by 9 am so they can eat before the students are released.

Current plan:  chicken biscuit (from one of our local places), coffee & water

Set-up instructions/parking | Jefferson Probe Fair

Attention: College Exhibitors

If you are scheduled to exhibit at the Jefferson Probe Fair, Monday morning, October 17, you can check in and start setting up your table beginning at 8:15 a.m.

The fair will be hosted in the Arena (large gym complex), and all reps will park in the area by the tennis courts.

Update: Newnan Probe Fair – building change

Attention college exhibitors:

If you are scheduled to attend the Newnan Probe Fair on October 26, the host is moving the fair into the gymnasium as opposed to being held throughout the building as in year’s past.

Newnan High School students will be on hand to direct you.

Albany Probe Fair Rescheduled – Monday, October 31 (New)

Attention College Exhibitors:

The Albany Probe Fair, originally scheduled for Friday, September 30 from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. EST has been rescheduled to Monday, October 31 from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM.

The Albany Probe Fair will be held on the Albany State University campus at:

West Campus

Albany, GA 31707

Lee County Fair Rescheduled

Attention college exhibitors: The Thursday night, September 29, Lee County Probe Fair has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 6 – same time.

The high school is moving their Friday night football game to Thursday and they cannot accommodate both events.

New Date: Thomas County Probe Fair

Attention college exhibitors:

The Thomas County Probe Fair is being moved from Wednesday, September 28 to Wednesday, October 5. Due to Hurricane Ian, the high school is moving it’s Friday night homecoming football game to tomorrow evening, September 28 and cannot host both events.

Please update your schedules accordingly.

Hurricane Ian – Fairs Rescheduled

2022/09/28 – 11:37 a.m. EST – The Albany Probe Fair has been rescheduled from Friday, September 30 to Thursday, October 27. Same time as before.

Americus and Colquitt County Probe Fairs will be held as scheduled.

2022/09/28 – 11:37 a.m. EST – The Lee County Probe Fair has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 6. Same time as before.

At this time, there are no changes to the schedule. Please check back here on the Tour Updates site as additional information becomes available.

2022/09/27 – 6:11 p.m. EST – No changes to the Colquitt County (9/28 – afternoon) and Americus Probe Fairs (9/29 – morning) at this time.

2022/09/27 – 5:00 p.m. EST – The Lee County Probe Fair, originally scheduled on Thursday, September 29 is postponed. The high school is moving their Friday night football game to Thursday evening. A new dates is in the works.

No information yet on the Friday, 9/30 Albany Probe Fair at this time.

2022/09/27 – 5:00 p.m. EST – The Thomas County Probe Fair has been moved from Wednesday, September 28 to Wednesday, October 5. The high school has moved their Friday night homecoming game to tomorrow evening, necessitating the schedule change.

2022/09/27 – 9:32 a.m. EST – The Probe board is currently monitoring Hurricane Ian’s progress and potential impact on fairs scheduled later this week in South Georgia.
