Attn: College Reps – Download the Ignite Capture Probe app

Has your team downloaded and registered to use the Ignite Capture app?

Instructions are being sent to the person that registered your college for the Probe tour. These include the fall tour’s Event Code and your college’s unique Exhibitor Code

If you are scheduled to work any fairs on this fall’s tour, you must set up your account as soon as possible. 

Once you have the codes noted above, use the following Help “docs” to get you started.

Rep Breakfast: King’s Ridge Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors:

If you are registered for the September 19th King’s Ridge Christian School (KRCS) PROBE Fair, the school is offering a free breakfast from 7:30 – 8:30 am.

You will have a 30-minute break after the breakfast to set up your table and relax before students enter.

KRCS juniors/seniors will browse the fair from 9:00 am – 9:45 am.

We have invited students from Cambridge HS, Milton HS, Mount Pisgah, Horizon Christian and Fulton Innovation Academy. These students will browse the fair between 9:45 – 10:30 am.

GEAC announces preliminary Fall 2022 Probe Schedule

June 21, 2022 | Young Harris, GA

The Georgia Education Articulation Committee (GEAC) announces the preliminary Fall 2022 Probe Tour Schedule.

The 11-week tour of Georgia, consisting of 69 local college fairs, begins on September 6 with a New College Representative Orientation and Probe Kickoff and runs through November 18.

Three High School Guidance Counselor Workshops are offered in Atlanta (September 14), Macon (November 2), and Savannah (November 11).

College exhibitor online registration will open on July 18. Colleges may register for an “All-Tour Pass” or target travel throughout the state with ala cart fair selections. Payment is by credit card only. 

Registration for guidance counselor workshops will open on August 8. There is no charge to attend; however, pre-registration is required.

High school student fair registration also opens on August 8. Students should pre-register for a local fair to receive a QR code to share with colleges and universities representatives.

Notes | Athens and Douglas County Probe Fairs

Attention College Exhibitors!

If you previously registered for the Athens, Cobb Quest, and Douglas County Probe Fairs last fall and want to attend the make-up fair dates this month, you must add these fairs to your Spring 2022 Probe Tour registration. There is no additional charge to do so.

Rep News | North Gwinnett Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors!

The North Gwinnett Probe Fair will be held Wednesday morning/early afternoon, March 9 from 10:15am – 1:15pm. Hosted by Duluth High School.

Logistics

You will be able to unload your materials in front of the gym before you park in the designated areas marked on the campus map.

Student representatives will be available to assist you.

You will be provided a 2X6 table. Please bring your own table cloth and signage.

School ends at 2:10pm. Once the fair is over, you may want to pack up “quickly” to avoid after-school traffic.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided for college exhibitors.

Rep News | Columbia County Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors!

The Columbia County Probe fair will be held Tuesday afternoon/early evening, March 8, from 4:00pm-7:30pm at the Columbia County Exhibition Center. Hosted by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, the event is billed as a career and college expo.

Here is important information you need to know:

Setup: 2:00pm-3:30pm

Welcome: 3:45pm

Doors Open: 4:00pm-7:30pm

  • Electric outlets are limited. If you require electricity, please bring a long extension cord. 
  • Booth Spaces include a combination of 6ft and 8ft tables, with two chairs per table. 
  • Bring your own table cloth/covering and any signage and information.

Scanning is unavailable for this fair

Scanning will not be available during this fair, so please bring printed inquiry cards.

The hosts initiated their student registration process, and we will work with them to merge the procedures for our 2023 program.

Hospitality Corner

Exhibitors will be given a ticket upon check-in to access our hospitality corner. Refreshments will be served. Only two tickets per vendor will be provided.
