ACE Academy Probe College Fair – Parking Information

Attention College Exhibitors

If you are registered to attend the ACE Academy Probe College Fair, please take note of the following information.

What: ACE Academy Probe College Fair

When: Thursday, February 15, 2024

Where: Academy for Classical Education (ACE), 5665 New Forsyth Rd, Macon, GA, 31210

Parking on campus is limited but available if you utilize our campus map and follow the guidance herein.

We have three driveways. Please enter through our middle driveway (Scholar’s Way). At the stop sign, turn right. All areas marked in red on the map indicate interconnecting roads and areas available for parking.

Park in any available marked parking space or park on an open curb in the red areas. Please park with your passenger side to the curb. Do not park in any coned off areas.

Please enter through the Small Dining or Sr. Patio Entrances. Sign at the door and receive your visitor sticker.

Upson-Lee Georgia Probe College Fair | Check-in and Parking

Attention: College Exhibitors

If you are registered to attend the Spring 2024 Upson-Lee Georgia Probe College Fair, please take note of the following information:

When: Wednesday, February 14, 2024 | 9:00 am – 11:00 am | Upson-Lee High School

Where: 268 Knight Trail, Thomaston, GA, 30286

Arrival and setup will be from 8:15 am to 8:45 am. When you arrive, please check in with one of the UL staff members, and we will direct you to a table. There will be a Hospitality area at the end of the Gym Mezzanine.

Juniors and Seniors will begin rotating through the Fair at 9:00 and will continue to rotate in 4 groups of about 125 until 11:15. There are approximately 550 students expected to attend. 

Please arrive at the entrance to the Gym/ROTC area of the school. Park in the parking area in front of the Fine Arts Center, just to the right, as you enter the circular drive around the school. 

NJROTC students will be outside to guide and assist you in bringing in your materials.

If you have questions or need to contact us, please call the school at 706-647-8171 or email one of us before 7:30 am that morning. If it is after 7:30 am, please call the school, as our phones do not always have service inside our building, and we might not see the email.

STEAMx Probe Fair Information | Check-in and Parking

Tuesday, February 13, 2024 | Columbus Georgia Convention and Trade Center | 9:00am – 1:00pm

The exhibit hall will open for exhibitor check-in from 6:30am – 8:30 am. The Probe Fair will begin at 9:00am.

Once on site, please report to the exhibitor check-in area at the Columbus Georgia Convention and

Trade Center’s Information Desk located in the Main Lobby across from North Hall to receive your exhibitor packet, which includes your parking pass. Your set-up will consist of (1) 8′ table, 2 chairs, and no linen.

Please complete your table set-up by 8:30am. In appreciation, a continental breakfast is provided.

Exhibitor parking for load-in is available in the garage, on the street, and in front of the Trade Center. Carts will be in the parking garage on the lower level and at the front entrance of Trade Center to assist you with load in. On event day parking is available in the Parking Garage adjacent to the Columbus Georgia Convention and Trade Center. Please use 8th Street to Front Avenue. There are NO fees for parking in the parking garage. We recommend you arrive early to ensure parking close to venue for your convenience.

Lunches will be provided in the form of 2 Chick-Fil-A gift cards in the exhibitor packet. Additional gift cards can be requested at the information desk until supplies run out. Concessions will be available on-site to buy light snacks.

GEAC Announces Spring 2024 Georgia Probe College Tour

January 2, 2024 | Young Harris, GA

The Georgia Education Articulation Committee (GEAC) announces the preliminary Spring 2024 Georgia Probe Tour Schedule. 

The six-week tour includes 13 local college fairs throughout Georgia beginning February 13 in Columbus, GA. The tour concludes with the Millcreek High School Fair in Hoschton on March 27.

Seven Probe fairs will be morning fairs.

College exhibitor registration opens January 17, 2024. The final spring tour schedule will be available at this time.

High school student registration opens Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Students will receive a QR code to share information with college representatives during their chosen fair.

The Georgia Probe College Tour attracts colleges and universities of all shapes, sizes, and missions to connect with Georgia high school students and their families throughout the State, from the largest metropolitan areas to rural counties.

The nonprofit Georgia Education Articulation Committee, Inc. (GEAC) organizes the annual Georgia Probe College Tour to stimulate Georgia citizens’ interest in post-secondary education.

Probe brings together diverse institutions, from research universities to vocational-technical schools, to highlight available educational opportunities to students of all backgrounds. The organization was founded in 1950.

Info | South Effingham Probe Fair

South Effingham High School looks forward to hosting college exhibitors at the South Effingham High School Probe Fair on Wednesday, November 8. The fair will take place in our Main Gym.

Please download the map below indicating where to park on the event day. We have highlighted the designated parking spots in our student lot that will be available.

South Effingham Map

You will enter through the main entrance and turn left at the circle. There will be parking and event signs to help guide you. College representatives may begin arriving as early as 1:30 p.m.

Students will attend the fair in two different batches. Seniors will attend the fair from 2:00–2:55 p.m., and juniors will attend the fair from 2:55 – 3:30 p.m.

Attention College Exhibitors

Mary Persons High School looks forward to your visit on 10/24/23 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for the Probe College Fair.

A table will be available for you in our gym area so that you can display any literature, flyers, or handouts you want to share with our students.

Macon Probe Fair and Counselor Workshop


If you are registered to attend the Macon Probe Counselor Workshop as an attendee or exhibitor:

Location – Hatcher Conference Center is located on the west side of campus (building #8 on the linked campus map). Parking is available in the West Parking Lot. Please utilize the attached parking pass.

If you are registered to exhibit at the Macon Probe College Fair:

Location – Recreation & Wellness Center is located on the north side of campus (building #14 on the linked campus map). Parking is available in the North Parking Lot.

Exhibitor Info for the White County Probe Fair

Attention College Exhibitors!

The White County Probe Fair is Monday, October 16 at White County High School in Cleveland, Georgia.

  1. Parking for the exhibitors will be directly in front of our Annex Gym, so it’ll be easier to bring their stuff in. This is located at the top of the hill to the right. Follow the parking signs when you arrive on campus.
  2. We will have breakfast for the colleges and a coffee cart serving hot coffee and hot chocolate by 8:30 a.m.
  3. We plan to start having seniors report at 9:45 a.m.
