ATTENTION: PROBE COLLEGE EXHIBITORS
If you are scheduled to attend the Herschel V. Jenkins High School Probe Fair on Thursday, November 13, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., please take note of the following information:
PARKING
Please enter through the main entrance on Derenne Avenue in front of the gym. Upon arrival, you can access the event area directly through the gymnasium doors for quick entry and setup.
BREAKFAST
Herschel V. Jenkins High School will be providing breakfast from Chick-fil-A for college representatives in our hospitality room, located in the concession stand area near the gym. The hospitality room will be open upon your arrival. The breakfast offerings will include chicken biscuits (along with a few plain options for vegetarians), fruit, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and bottled water.
EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE
- 8:00 a.m.-8:15 a.m. – Arrival
- 8:15 a.m. – Setup in the Gym
- Hospitality Room: 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
- Probe Fair: 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- Evaluations: 10:30 a.m.
STUDENT SCHEDULE
- Group 1: 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
- Group 2: 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
